That being said, in some cases like rehabilitation following a Total Knee Replacement or working on shoulder range of motion in a frozen shoulder may be painful. It is of utmost important that you communicate well regarding the intensity, frequency, and duration of pain to your physical therapist. Without this, it is impossible for the clinician to adjust your treatment plan.
